LICENSE AGREEMENT - READ CAREFULLY

For the convenience of our customers MKDoc Holdings Ltd has provided
some of its software from this server. The software that is made
available to download from this server is the copyrighted work of MKDoc
Holdings Ltd.

You are allowed to freely download and install the software for
evaluation purposes only. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction,
distribution, redistribution or location (even free of charge) of the
software is strictly prohibited. The ability to download, install and
use the software is contingent upon agreement with the terms of this
license/evaluation agreement.

MKDoc Holdings Ltd reserves the right to restrict who is eligible to be an
evaluation customer on its software products. The software is made available
for downloading solely for use by end users according to the terms of this
license/evaluation agreement.

Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the software
to any other server or location for further reproduction or
redistribution is expressly prohibited. MKDoc Holdings ltd hereby
expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the
software, including all implied warranties and conditions of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and
non-infringement. 

In no event shall MKDoc Holdings ltd be liable for any direct,
consequential, incidental, special, punitive or other damages whatsoever
(including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption or loss of business information), even if MKDoc
Holdings Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
